Quality Control Technician (QC/ NDT/ QC Inspector/ Mechanical)
(Singapore - East)

Responsibilities:

* Perform job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the JIS plans.
* Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and Delta FAI per AS9102 requirements.
* Conduct process/product and/or Certified Operator audits.
* Proper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipments.
* Proper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperwork.
* Keep workstation clean and hazard free.
* Comply with all EH&S procedures.

Requirements:

* NITEC qualification in Precision Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in machine shop environment.
* Able to understand basic technical drawings and shopfloor maths.
* Basic command of written and spoken English.
* Knowledge of Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Gear Inspection and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) will be added advantage.
* Able to perform rotating shifts.
* Applicants should either be Singaporean, Malaysian or Singapore PR.
