FABRICATION PRESSURE VESSEL(MARKING & ROLLING)

Assalammualaikum....

Dah lama aku xupdate blog aku ni..busy sikit la...sikit je la...heheh..aku sambung balik cerita pasal fabrication of pressure vessel @ dandang xberapi ni..selepas material receiving to the shop & in house inspector dah accepted baru la kontraktor berkenaan marking dekat plate tersebut mengikut saiz pressure vessel.Complete je marking,then inspector akan wat inspection on marking before cutting...kat tmpat aku ni production supervisor akan wat Request For Inspection(RFI),then baru la inspector akan check seperti gambar kat bawah ni..

Gambar in house inspector,LR inspector & Client inspector buat inspection before cutting @ after marking.Selalunye kalau wat inspection sekali ngan 3rd party inspector @ client, in house inspector akan wat inspection dahulu la..

Kalau marking tu accepted in house inspector akan "endorsed" & baru la kontraktor akan cut mengikut ape yang diorang mark..Siap marking diorang akan prepare edge preparation as per approved construction drawing(AFC)..edge preparation kena ensure complete before rolling kalau x susah ooooo...

Ni ha gambar shell course yang dah siap dari sekeping plate..siap je rolling then,Engineering Term we call it "Shell Course"..okay aku chow wat inspection dulu..aku sambung ape nak wat ngan shell course ni nanti ye..babai...=)
